Mary's Story -

Courtney woke up Chris at 4:15am on Saturday morning. We leaft our house in Woodstock about 5:30 and headed for Grandpa and Grandma Lamothe's condo in atlanta. We arrived at the condo at 6am and stayed there for about another hour to make sure that the time was right. We called Piedmont Hosipital and they notivied the doctor. We arrived at Piedmont Hospital at 7am!!! Courtney was imeddiatly checked in and we headed strait for the room that she would deliver in Baby girl!!! As time when by labor pain increased and at around 11am Courtney recieved the drugs in the IV drip. 30 minutes later she was givin the epidoral while singing Dixie. By 12pm both sets of Grandparents and sisters arrived at the hospital and the waiting game continuted. The epidoral had slowed the process down. Then later at 3pm the doctor cleared the room and everyone but Christopher rushed out. It was time!!! Courtney was then instructed to push and after three rounds of pushing and 8 minutes later Mary Veronica Wolford was born. Mary weighed in at 7.93lbs and was 20.5 inches in length!!!
